Self-cleaning filter is a kind of precision equipment that uses the screen to directly intercept the impurities in the water,
remove the suspended matter and particles in the water, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, reduce system dirt, bacteria and algae, rust and corrosion, etc., to purify water quality and protect the normal work of other equipment in the system, the principle is that the water enters the body from the water inlet and passes through the screen first. In the filtering process, the screen gradually accumulates the dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer, as the impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine screen, so a pressure difference is formed on the inner and outer sides of the fine screen. When the pressure difference across the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value of the filter, the automatic cleaning process will start, during which the water supply will flow continuously, the cleaning valve will open, and at the same time, the self-cleaning filter electric motor will drive the brush movement. The brush strip will clean the whole inner surface of the filter completely. The whole rinsing process takes only tens of seconds. The discharge valve closes at the end of the cleaning. The filter starts to prepare for the next rinsing cycle.
