Introduction

Filter tube Johnson screen, also known as the filter tube, is made of v-shaped wound wire and support bar, each intersection connected by fusion, strong structure, mechanical properties. The v-shaped section avoids clogging and keeps the water flowing smoothly. Continuous cracks have larger water passage area, and at the same time, the infiltration rate of groundwater is reduced to avoid sand entering the pipe under larger water pressure, which has better sand-filtering property. The cracks can also be changed according to different geology.

Filter Johnson screen manufacturing: from the punch through the mold stamping, the outer protective sleeve can also be helical welding. The filter tube can be made of stainless steel 304,316,316l, multi-layer sand control filter sleeve and outer protective sleeve can be made according to the needs of users.
