Working Principle of Automatic Self-cleaning Brush Filter
1. After the liquid flows into the filter housing through the inlet, the filtration will be realized from the inside of the metal screen to the outside. Then the impurities will be blocked on the internal surface.
2. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the set value or the timer reaches the set time, the controller will send a signal to drive the motor to rotate the brush for cleaning. At the same time, the drain valve will be opened. With the scrapping of the metal brush or nylon brush, the impurity particles adsorbed on the screen will fall down and be discharged with the water from the drain valve.
3. After the cleaning has been finished, the motor will stop running. During the whole process, the material flows continuously, realizing the continuous and automatic production.
