Introduction

Wedge Vee-Wire Screen is constructed from V-shaped profile wires and longitudinal support rods. Each intersection point of these wires is fusion welded, resulting in a robust structure with excellent mechanical properties. The V-shaped profile effectively prevents clogging, ensuring uninterrupted water flow.

The continuous slot design provides a larger open area, reducing water entry speed and minimizing sand intrusion under high pressure, making Johnson screen pipes highly effective for sand filtration.

Additionally, the slot size can be customized to meet specific customer requirements. Vee-Wire Screening Systems utilize a surface wire with a V-shaped profile, creating inwardly widening slots. This design ensures that particles only make two-point contact within the slots, preventing them from becoming lodged.
