Using 304/316L stainless steel wedge-shaped metal mesh filter element, it supports customization with a precision of 20-1000 microns. The v-shaped screen forms a wedge-shaped gap to maintain a stable flow for a long time, not easy to block, and easy to clean. The scraper has little abrasion and low maintenance cost, and is suitable for liquids with a viscosity of up to 20,000 centipoises.
The liquid flows in from the filter inlet and flows inward from the outer surface of the filter element. The lower end of the filter element is connected to the outlet, and the liquid flows out from the outlet: when a certain amount of impurities is intercepted on the surface of the filter element, timed or set The cleaning procedure is started at a constant pressure difference. The geared motor drives the scraper obliquely attached to the outer surface of the filter element to rotate to scrape off the impurities on the outer surface of the filter element.
