The operation mode is automatic operation (also manual operation ), the equipment has the dual functions of differential pressure and timing automatic sewage discharge. Its automation part adopts the most advanced and reliable PLC programmable controller in the world today. When the water flows through the filter, the mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen.

 

Primary Advantages

When the accumulation of impurities on the surface of the filter screen increases and the pressure difference reaches 0.04MPa, the pressure difference development will send a signal, and at the same time, the PLC will issue a command and the drive motor will start. The drain valve is opened, and the impurities deposited in the filter screen are brushed by the rotating brush and discharged from the drain outlet. The entire scrubbing and draining process does not require personnel to operate, and the machine needs to be shut down offline.
