Working Principle of Cartridge Filter

The unfiltered liquid enters the filter from the inlet and passes through the filter cartridges from the outside to the inside. During this process, impurities and particulate matter in the liquid are intercepted on the surface and in the depth of the filter cartridges. The filtered liquid gathers inside the cartridges and then flows out from the central outlet, thus achieving the purpose of filtration and purification.

 

 

Characteristics

High Filtration Precision: The filtration precision can generally reach 0.01 - 100μm, effectively removing tiny particles, colloids, and other impurities in the liquid.
 

Large Filtration Flow Rate: It can handle a large amount of liquid with flow rates typically ranging from 0.3 - 100T/H, and some high-flow models can even reach 10,000m³/h.
 

Good Chemical Stability: The stainless steel shell and various filter cartridge materials have good chemical stability and can resist the corrosion of different chemical media.
 

Easy Maintenance: It adopts a modular design. When it is necessary to replace or clean the filter cartridges, only the corresponding module needs to be opened.
 

Space Saving: The multi-port design of the stainless steel multi cartridge filter allows it to be connected to multiple pipelines simultaneously, saving pipeline layout space.
