Introduction
 

Cartridge filters typically have a stainless steel housing, with a cartridge serving as the filter medium. Various types of cartridges can be used, including melt-blown, string-wound, PP folded, nylon membrane, PES, and PTFE cartridges. The choice of filtering element depends on the material being filtered and the specific design requirements to meet quality standards. Filter minimum precision can reach 0.01µm. Available models include 10-inch, 20-inch, 30-inch, and 40-inch sizes. Connection ports can be either plug or flat.

Working principle

The liquid will be fed into the filter from the inlet, then go through the cartridge from inner side to external side, then discharge from outlet. While the filtering, impurities will be trapped by the cartridge, to achieve the filtering effect.
