Structure Of Cartridge Filter

Housing: Usually made of high-quality stainless steel such as 316 or 304. The stainless steel material endows the filter with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and pressure resistance, enabling it to adapt to harsh working environments.
 

Filter Cartridges: Different types of filter cartridges like PP melt-blown, wire-wound, folded microporous membrane, titanium rod and metal sintered cartridges can be installed inside.
 

 

 

Working Principle

The unfiltered liquid enters the filter from the inlet and passes through the filter cartridges from the outside to the inside. During this process, impurities and particulate matter in the liquid are intercepted on the surface and in the depth of the filter cartridges. The filtered liquid gathers inside the cartridges and then flows out from the central outlet, thus achieving the purpose of filtration and purification.
