Product Overview
The microporous pleated filter adopts advanced filtration technology and is made of high-quality filtration media such as polypropylene thermal spray fiber membrane, nylon or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane, etc.
It has many advantages such as small size, large filtration area, high filtration accuracy (ranging from 0.1 μ m to 60 μ m), low pressure difference, low cost, large flow rate, and long service life. It has wide chemical compatibility and can adapt to various complex chemical environments.
Installation steps
Preparation: Before installation, ensure that the installation environment is clean, free of debris and dust.
Check if the filter and accessories are complete, and if the filter element is damaged.
Choose appropriate connectors: Based on actual usage needs, choose 222 universal connectors, 226 connectors, or flat connectors.Ensure that the joint is tightly connected to the pipeline without any risk of leakage.
Install filter element: Carefully open the filter housing and place the filter element in the correct direction inside the filter, being careful not to damage the filter element. Ensure that the filter element is securely installed and does not shake.
Connecting pipes: Connect the filter to the inlet and outlet pipes correctly, use appropriate sealing materials to ensure good sealing at the connection and prevent water leakage.
