Introduction

The Johnson screen filter tube, hereinafter referred to as the filter tube, is fabricated from V-shaped wound wires and support bars. Each intersection is securely joined by fusion, endowing it with a robust structure and excellent mechanical properties. The unique V-shaped cross-section design effectively prevents clogging and ensures a smooth water flow. The continuous cracks offer a relatively large water passage area. Meanwhile, the infiltration rate of groundwater is minimized, preventing sand from entering the pipe even under high water pressure, thus exhibiting superior sand-filtering capabilities. Moreover, the width of the cracks can be adjusted to accommodate different geological conditions.
