How The Automatic Filter To Start Self-cleaning Progress:
There are two common triggering mechanisms. One is pressure difference. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches a preset value, it indicates that the filter element is blocked by impurities. The other is time-based. When a set time interval is reached, the self-cleaning process is initiated. The self-cleaning methods include backwashing, where clean water or air is used to flush the filter element in the opposite direction of the filtration flow, washing away the accumulated impurities. It use a mechanical scraping method, where a scraper removes the impurities attached to the surface of the filter element.
