Automatic Brush Self Cleaning Filter for Drip Rrrigation System
 

Automatic self-cleaning filter is an advanced filtration device designed to efficiently remove impurities from fluids. 
 

Filtration Stage: The fluid enters the filter body through the inlet. It then passes through a filtering element like a screen or mesh. Particles and impurities larger than the pore size of the filter element are intercepted, while the clean fluid passes through the element and exits through the outlet, thus achieving the filtration function.
 

Self-cleaning Stage: There are two common triggering mechanisms. One is pressure difference. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches a preset value, it indicates that the filter element is blocked by impurities. The other is time-based. When a set time interval is reached, the self-cleaning process is initiated. The self-cleaning methods include backwashing, where clean water or air is used to flush the filter element in the opposite direction of the filtration flow, washing away the accumulated impurities. It use a mechanical scraping method, where a scraper removes the impurities attached to the surface of the filter element.
